What's covered
- Hardware component failure under normal use
- Motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage faults
- Screen failure (not physical damage)
- Keyboard and trackpad faults
- Port and connector failures
- Battery failure (below 50% health within warranty period)
- Power supply / charging issues
What's not covered
- Physical or accidental damage
- Liquid damage of any kind
- Software issues, OS problems, viruses
- Consumable parts beyond the above (styluses, cases)
- Damage from incompatible accessories or power supplies
- Tampering, modification, or unauthorised repair
- Normal cosmetic wear and scratches
How to make a warranty claim
Contact us
Email warranty@emart.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault. Include photos or video if possible.
Diagnosis
We'll advise whether a remote fix is possible. If not, we'll issue a free prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Repair or replace
We aim to repair or replace within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Like-for-like replacement if repair is not possible.
Return to you
Repaired or replacement unit dispatched via tracked courier. Warranty clock resets on replaced units.

Our warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
