All items are bubble-wrapped and boxed in double-walled cardboard. Screens and fragile components have additional foam protection. We use 100% recyclable packaging materials.

Delivery FAQs

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Your courier will leave a card and attempt re-delivery the next working day. You can also rearrange via the courier's app or collect from your local depot.

Do you ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or Scottish Highlands?

Yes, but standard and express services may take 1–2 additional working days. Surcharges may apply for remote postcodes. This will be shown at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at orders@emart.co.uk. We can update addresses before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes are at the courier's discretion.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Check your tracking link first. If the status hasn't updated in 48+ hours, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier and reship if necessary.

Is my item insured during delivery?

Yes. All items are insured for their full purchase value during transit. If your item arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
