How to return an item

Request a return

Email us at returns@emart.co.uk or use the contact form within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive return label

We'll email you a prepaid Royal Mail label within 1 business day. No cost to you for faulty or incorrectly described items.

Pack & post

Securely pack the item in its original packaging where possible. Drop it at any Royal Mail post office or collection point.

Refund issued

Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible for return

  • Item is faulty or stops working within 30 days
  • Item significantly differs from description
  • Wrong item received
  • Item arrives damaged in transit
  • Change of mind (within 14 days — Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Not eligible for return

  • Item damaged after receipt due to misuse
  • Software issues caused by customer actions
  • Missing accessories not listed in the product description
  • Items returned after 30 days without prior agreement
  • Data recovery requests (always back up before returning)
